Useless service dept.
My vehicle was towed to this dealership a week ago because the engine wouldn't start. We scheduled an appt online for the next day and my husband confirmed the info with Chris via phone. 2 days went by with no word from them and when I called I had difficulty reaching anyone. The weekend came and went and I finally reached someone on Monday (Aaron) who acted like there was no appt in the computer for us and informed me my car had not been looked at yet. I gave them all the info, again, and waited. I finally went there in person and learned they didn't have a diagnosis yet had my car for about 5 days by now - without communicating this to me at all. I gave them a list of things I wanted checked, again, and said call me. Aaron said he would communicate-and he did not-again. My husband called. No response. My husband went up there in person and we took my car home after 7 days of them doing absolutely nothing. What a giant waste and worthless service dept. I will NEVER do business with them again. Interesting I just saw a review with a similar issue on here. too!
