Do not use this company. Guess they are using chisels to remove body parts?! Damage to the vehicle paint, adhesive all over interior, plastic pieces broke and left to bounce around internally. they will not take any responsibility. Shop manager was hiding when I went to talk to them. Customer Service guy “Sam” wanted me to drive back to the shop an hour so they could look at the damage after I sent them pictures. Said, “I have to use their body shop to get it fixed.” Spoke with company owner, Gary Dunnegan and hung up on me after barely answering his phone. Said he already talked to his manager? Don’t call this number again. (That was the first time I talked to him.) Company is just trash! Don’t try and save money. Go somewhere else. Taking them to court, and please , if you have had this issue report it to the Better business bureau and escalate. Hold them responsible
