Misplaced personal property
Thank you for fixing my A/C! However, I have a suggestion- when/if you have to remove personal items from a vehicle, place them in a plastic bag as soon as you move them. One of my items was placed in the bottom of my glove box, which l never use, and a parking placard for my apartment complex was gone! I have searched and it is gone! I paid for my service, so it’s a reasonable request to have my personal property not misplaced or gone! Signed, satisfied with mechanical service but unhappy with with all else! Oh, and is you already know, I had to return to have the grease removed from the interior of my car.
