On the Run
Owner of Dulce De Monze is Monzerrat Puga Olvera, and she is on the run again. She is being sued by Capital One for overrunning and not paying for her credit card and another law suit for bouncing checks. 3 new collection agencies after her for local Dallas businesses trying to collect. Run crook, run!
