Confident drive in cold weather
During weather with -35 degree temperatures, my Santa Fe started right up but had a couple warning lights come on. After looking them up in the manual I drove to my Hyundai dealer, Bessette’s,, explained that I needed to be on the highway and they took my vehicle in right away. They evaluated the problems, fixed them and had my on my way. I was confident as I started my trip. Wonderful service!

2 out of 3 avoided a brick.
I scheduled an appointment to have 3 recalls taken care of. When I arrived I learned that they would only be able to accomplish two because an equipment malfunction the day before had bricked another customer's car. I guess a 60 mile drive back to the dealer is better than a brick, even a rolling one. The 2 recall items they were able to address were completed in short order with no hiccups.

Good morning, I was reading over your latest review and confirmed with the tech that his guage he used read between 34 and 35 psi, I appologize for the readings were not adjusted to correct specifications. I know with the -15 degrees we had the last couple of days, air pressure will drop in the tires. We do appreciate your business and if the pressures are still a little off please stop by and we will correct them with one of our digital guages.
