The vehicle
The inspection stated the tire pressure was 35 each tire. When I took the vehicle in the one tire was at 29 and it was the same when I got it back. That make me believe that the inspection was not efficiently completed.

Good afternoon, we here at the Don Bessette Motors Service Dept. would like to say thank you for your latest review. I would appreciate you to call me at your convience to discuss the issue with your tire pressure. All services that also include an MPI tire pressure is one thing that is supposed to be checked. I know on some vehicles after tire pressure is set correctly the system has to be driven sometimes up to 20 minutes to relearn the correct pressure from the sensors. I would like to know if this might of been the issue. Again I appologize for this and would like to know. Thank you for your time and please contact me to resolve this issue.

I went in for an oil change. The service was done promptly and professionally. However my car was returned in worse cosmetic condition than I have it to them in. They ran it through a car wash without my knowledge, I have a black Tucson, and it came back with water marks and swirls. Also I had dirt on my drivers side floor mat and some grease marks on my center console.

Superb customer service
Don Bessettee is one of the best car dealers I have dealt with. Their customer service is excellent... I brought my vehicle there for servicing and they did a fantastic job... The wait was short.. I would definitrly recommend this business to others....

If I need to upgrade my vehicle , they will be the first on my list to contact....
