Much improved since my last visit. Still had to make a special request to have the air in my spare tire checked. This is an important safety detail that should be a part of any oil change service.

Good work, non-optimal planning
The customer service representative was professional and friendly. She was able to work my periodic maintenance into the schedule that same day. The service tech recognized the battery was weak, which I suspected, but had not mentioned. The only complaint is that the primary purpose of my visit was for a state inspection, but the battery was changed before the state inspection. This meant that I had to make a special effort to put mileage on the car and to come in a second time so that the onboard computer could provide the information needed for the inspection.
