Nice car but Hyundai doesn't stand by their products
I like my Santa Fe Sport but my blind spot monitor has NEVER worked property and is basically useless. We have been telling them this for over a year but nothing has ever been done about it, therefore, I will never purchase another Hyundai.

Warranty Engine Replacement
The staff went the extra mile to get me into a rental before Christmas. They had the car out within two days of the engine arriving. As this was my first warrant service of any kind, their patient explanations help alleviate my apprehension with the process.

Kind and efficient
Some people in the Lobby were complaining about how they waited 2 hours, with them being short staffed and such. I was taken care of in just under an hour and a half, notified of a defective part,and easily able to ask any questions even with them busy. Very professional people!

Good service takes time, expect your vehicle to be ready when it’s ready. Everyone is nice, and I’m sure mechanics do a great job but an oil change is 3 hours. Maybe they over book?
