"The people who sold the car to me!"
Service to my vehicle was fast. There were a few misunderstandings with the paint/dent person but all was worked out and taken care of. The parking area could use some improvement.

"Car not fixed at delivery"
I purchased a Hyundai platinum warranty which covers tire and wheel as well as windshield and a loaner. First my service writer told me I did not have the warranty and then told me it wasn't covered. After filing a cvlaim with my insurance the dealership agreed I had the coverage but still would not provide a loaner. Once my car was ready I tried to drive home and several lights came on and the vehicle was shaking. Any tech or porter would have realized this immediately upon driving the vehicle. The service writer informed me the parts to fix it would be several hundred more dollars. Had he filed those at the same time with my warranty claim I would not have had to pay out of pocket. Several phone calls and several thousand dollars later my vehicle was finally ready.
