Oil change
Seems like every other time I get an oil change you always find something supposedly wrong. This time I was told my Jeep was out of alignment. I laughed when I was told that because I didn't ask them to check that because it's not a problem. That thing goes down the road straight as an arrow and there is NO wear on the front tires which are almost brand new. Last year the mechanic pulled my air filter out and also the cabin filter out because they checked them and said they needed replaced. I asked how much and it was well over priced plus i was told labor as well. I laughed and said I didn't tell you to take them out and now you want to charge me labor to put them back in ? When I left I stopped at parts store and got them way cheaper then you all wanted and I found that the mechanic had put the cabin filter back I the wrong way. I guess you just half ass things when putting them back in when a customer says they will take care of that themselves. The guy at the counter this time was very polite and got me right in.
