"Fast efficient service."
Purchased a bed cover for my pickup. Price was in line. Marty ordered it, it came in in a couple days. They advised it was in and they installed it within a few hours. It's a good product at a good price. Another job well done. They are my kind of people.

Mr. Rainey, we are very sorry about your experience and we greatly appreciate the patience you had with us fortunately in this business we must rely on our vendors to send us the correct parts.  We ordered the correct windshield twice and both times our glass vendor sent us the incorrect part.  We hope your realize this is no fault of our own, but we do apologize greatly for the inconvenience it caused.  We hope in the end that you are satisfied with your new windshield, and we hope to serve you again in the future with a much better experience!

"2005 Jeep that magically breaks same day i get it back from yall"
My car is a 7 months this month. It sat at glass n body for 3 weeks .. It had a similar jeep like mines just a different color .. I never had my engine light on better yet any light at all .. I get my jeep back and the same day my engine light is on and its saying check gauges .. Which is crazy because its never been on until i got it back from them. My car was to never be touched or worked on because it was towed for no insurance not to be worked on or stole parts from .. Now the jeep that was sitting there all that time before mines had been fixed and is now gone. Y'all tell me what y'all think. I am pissed with 4 kids n tryna keep my job.

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to say here, it's a bit confusing, but I assure anyone reading this we did not touch your car while it was impounded. It left in the exact same condition as it arrived in. We have 20+ cameras around our facility and have proof no one touched it. We are sorry about your situation and assure you were not trying to make things intentionally difficult for you to get your car back, but we have to follow strict rules and have all the necessary documents on file or we get fined. You can be upset with us all you want, but it was no one else's fault but your own that you were caught operating the vehicle illegally.
