We ordered the correct windshield twice and both times our glass vendor sent us the incorrect part. I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to say here, it's a bit confusing, but I assure anyone reading this we did not touch your car while it was impounded. It left in the exact same condition as it arrived in. We have 20+ cameras around our facility and have proof no one touched it. We are sorry about your situation and assure you were not trying to make things intentionally difficult for you to get your car back, but we have to follow strict rules and have all the necessary documents on file or we get fined. You can be upset with us all you want, but it was no one else's fault but your own that you were caught operating the vehicle illegally.
