Safety as well as safety.
I towed my X3 into the shop because it failed to start. The shop diagnosed it immediately as a starter failure and proceeded to replace it. As they were replacing it they noticed that a drive shaft was in bad shape. They advised that it should also be replaced as a safety precaution. The car would drive with the old shaft but it could actually damage the transmission if it failed. They even made a video of the drive shaft showing how rusted, worn and loose it was and sent it to me. They replaced the shaft and starter in record time and explained even more to me about how dangerous it was to drive when I picked it up. Rossi might have saved us a transmission or much worse if there was an accident. Great service and customer care. Rossi’s is amazing.
