Spoke with Atem. She said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs because there was dust inside her vehicle and a bolt missing on her door. When the vehicle was washed, she could still see patches of paint that were not suppose to be there. She was unable to elaborate on her vehicle being ready when promised because she was not given a promised time. She said she would not recommend the business for the reasons mentioned.

Jose said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because it did not look professional. The vehicle was a week late because they found more damage that had to be approved by the insurance company. He was not kept informed and had to call in to check on his vehicle. He was not satisfied with the estimate they gave him. Jose was given a higher estimate than the insurance company because some of the damage were not related to hail damage, though his insurance company informed him that it was. He did not like their communication or the way he was treated because the personnel kept cutting him off when he tried to explain his issues with the estimate. He would not recommend the facility for the reasons stated.

Took my car in 2 weeks ago for repair based on $1,000 estimate for repair. Three days later they called with supplement for repair in the amount of $900, almost the entire cost off the estimate. Definite BAIT & SWITCH. Picked my car up will NOT use them for repair

Curtis said it took 4 to 5 days longer than the promise set date because there was no communication between the people who had the parts and this business. They did not know what to do with a part and did nothing for 1 week. He was never kept informed and had to call them to keep updated. He was not satisfied with the person who prepared his estimate because the bill was much higher than what he was quoted. The reasons mentioned are also the reasons why he was not satisfied with the communication and why he would not recommend this business. He will not return to this business again.

Craig said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint work was sh$$ty. He thought the paint work was good until someone pointed out a few flaws in the paint work. He has not contacted the business about this issue, so he will contact them soon. The vehicle took one day longer than promised, but they did not give him a reason for the delay. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, because they never called him. They did not call to inform him the vehicle would not be ready when promised.

SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER-HE IS BRINGING VEHICLE BACK TO SHOP FOR MINOR PAINT IMPERFECTIONS THAT CAN BE POLISHED OUT.
