Elizabeth said this business is nice and the people are good. The work done looks great, but this business did not call her in a timely manner to notify her that it would take longer to get a windshield installed. She said she had to call this business to find out. She had a pretty good experience.

Alexander said he went to the business and gave them the estimate for the cost of parts. He said he was given an appointment for 25 days later. When he called them they had lost his information. He said by the time of the appointment they had found the information and from that time on everything was good. He would recommend this business to others, but he would tell them to get the name of the representative receiving the paperwork so they could refer to them when the work begins.

Spoke with Toni. She said her husband's vehicle looks original. His vehicle was 4 days later than expected. She is unaware of the cause of delay, except that they were informed that it would not be ready as expected. She was not satisfied with the staff's communication in regards to the $600 that they were asking up front for the ball bearing repair. Toni said they lied to her husband saying that the insurance company would not cover that repair. Her husband was so disappointed that he called the insurance company himself. He was told by the insurance company that they had no knowledge about the situation and that they would cover the repair, if needed. They would still recommend them to others because of their good work, but would definitely caution them.

Zachary said the workmanship was good, but there were some screws they missed. He said he has gone in already and had the screws put in properly. He was not kept adequately informed and he had to call the business for updates. The business said they would call but they did not do so.

Spoke with Andrew's wife. She said her vehicle was a little bit later than she had expected because there was a system error that sent her a message saying her vehicle was ready when it wasn't. She is not sure exactly how many days late her vehicle was.

Allen said he would only rate his overall experience with a 4 because he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair, the first time around. He had to return to get it fixed properly. However, they did fix it and made everything right. He chose not to elaborate about the work that had to be redone.

Lane said the seal may not have been reassembled correctly on one of his windows because it makes a howling noise when the wind hits. He has not had the time to return to this business and have it checked out.
