Bryan said he was satisfied with the quality of the repair service, except the repair did not completely fix the issue. He specifically requested a repair service to be completed, and they completed the service as requested. As a result, they went above and beyond to fix the issue, because they knew ahead of time the service would not correct it. It was a gasket issue, it would not fit properly upon the door. During the auto body visit, the representatives also fixed some things and some dings without charging him. He was more than happy with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate. He was most definitely satisfied with the way he was treated by the personnel. He would definitely recommend the business for repair service. He was very satisfied with the workmanship, the professionalism, and also their attention to detail. The representatives have a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction.
