Keith said that he had to bring his vehicle back a second time to have a few things fixed from the first visit and for that reason did not with to elaborate on whether his vehicle was ready when promised or not. He could not say whether he was satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because the insurance company handled that.
