My engine blew due to Hyundai engine malfunction on Mother's Day. I had to catch a ride home to get a way to have the car towed. Once Duncan received my vehicle I wasn't called to be notified of what, I had to call the Friday after Mother's Day and was told engine failure they would have it done the following Friday. Never heard anything. 2 weeks after them having it I called several times throughout the week leaving voicemails and nobody would return my call or answer the phone for service for me to get an update on my vehicle. The following week I spoke with an operator and immediately had a call returned. I was told they were still waiting on parts and would have it done on Thursday or Friday that week and I could come get it on my off day on Saturday. Guess what, no call that week. The following week on June 14th I was told I could pick up my vehicle, 1 month and 6 days later from what I was told initially was a 5 day fix. I know issues come up but let your paying customer know. Also had several items after the multipoint inspection noted that needed to be done. Tires rotated, fluids and all. In my opinion this could have been taken care of as a courtesy to myself for having to wait. The car was filthy it could have been detailed and my inspection was about out they could have done that free of charge also due to not having my vehicle. I was not pleased with the service I got and maybe it was a one off time but I will never take this car back to them nor purchase another from them.
