Customer Welfare Prioritized
Asking for a particular repair that would have required substantial expense, I was pleasantly surprised that the owner John and his manager Ro found a way to address my request with a creative solution at much lower cost to me. Integrity is the operative word for E&M Service in Turlock.

Honest and Professional
I went to another shop for an oil leak and they quoted me $350. I wanted a second opinion so my daughter said she uses E&M and she said they are real honest.
I took my vehicle in and left it with them. They called me and said my car was ready.
When I went to pick up my car I asked them what the problem was.
They said it was a loose screw in my oil pan.
I asked what I owed them and they said “No charge!”
It doesn’t get any better than that.
That was many years ago. I have two cars and a truck and they do all the work on my vehicles.
I have also referred many friends and family to them.
It is good to have a place to take your vehicle and they fix what is wrong at a reasonable place.

We've been going to E&M for several years now and have always had a great experience there. Roe has been our go to guy the whole time. He's very knowledgeable and refreshingly honest on every repair we've had done there. We wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our cars.
