Eric said his experience with this business was good, but there were a couple of things he was not happy with. The vehicle he bought is lifted a bit, and has bigger tires. He stated the tires seem out of balance, and he does not think this business will take care of it. He will take the vehicle to a tire facility to see what the problem is. The radiator went out 2 days after he bought it, but they replaced it for free.

James said this business is goes above and beyond. This was not his first time there. He is happy he found this facility and plans on being a loyal customer because he loves their work. He is bringing another vehicle soon and the experience will probably be just as spectacular as the last time.

Angie said they told her she would receive the hitch on Friday or Monday so she just decided to leave her vehicle there since she already had a rental. She finally contacted them on Thursday and they informed her that they just had to put the hitch on her vehicle. If she would have known it was going to take a shorter period of time, she would of returned her rental. Now, she is stuck with a $190 rental bill. She also said she doesn't appreciate the loaner vehicles they provide their customers because they are too small. They have other big vehicles but they prefer not to use them.
