Owner is RUDE and had Aggressive behavior! Unfair prices and WRONG DIAGNOSTIC on my car. FORCED ME TO PAY CASH (ONLY CASH, REFUSED MY CARD) for WRONG DIAGNOSTIC (battery check labor $40). I HAVE NEVER MET SUCH AS BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON LIKE THE OWNER. WE REPORTED THE BUSINESS TO DMV and BBB. I AM WARNING EVERYBODY NOT TO USE THIS REPAIRER in East Norwalk. I HAD TO TOW my CAR TO THE CLOSEST DEALERSHIP on my OWN EXPENSE (Norwalk to Stamford Kia Dealership), because the owner was not willing to spend more time on my vehicle than 15minutes. Called me two times to tow my car immediately and HANG UP on me, which is UNACCEPTABLE! MY CAR ONLY NEEDED ALTERNATOR CHANGE and he REFUSED TO FIX MY CAR. Please stay away from this person!
