STATE INSPECTION
TOOK IN OUR 26-YEAR-OLD TOYOTA COROLLA TO BE INSPECTED. THE MECHANIC CAME OUT AND TOLD MY HUSBAND HE NEEDED A NEW BATTERY, OURS WAS WEAK. MY HUSBAND SAID I DIDNT COME FOR A BATTERY. I NEED A STATE INSPECTION. HE GOT A REJECTION BECAUSE THE SEATBELT WAS FREYING ON THE SIDES. IT STILL RETRACTS AND PULLS OUT SMOOTH. THERE IS NO TEAR IN THE SEATBELT. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR CORPORATES PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WOULD ONLY GIVE ME THE REGIONAL MANAGERS NUMBER.LEFT 2 MESSAGES AND HE HAS YET TO CALL BACK. IT GETS BETTER, RYAN INFORMED ME THAT HE WOULD CONTACT THE STATE TROOPER FOR OUR AREA AND GIVE HIM OUR ID# AND TAG# SO HE COULD EXPLAIN THE LAW TO ME.
A REAL SMART ASS. AFTER 30 YEARS OF BUSINESS....I WILL NOT BE BACK.
