Being a retired car tech, I am sometimes critical of work done my other techs, but they were respectful, polite and did not make me feel uncomfortable. Definitely going back in the future.
Finally the receptionist made me feel that I made the right choice taking my car there! She even mailed my receipt when I forgot to take it with me!

What can I say other than this was a horrible experience. 1 of our 3 cars went in for inspection. We agree with the lady there they would call before doing any work based in inspection results. Instead, they decided to replace wiper blades (expensive ones at that) and replace light bulbs. When she called back she said we were required to pay for the services — even though she stated she call to approve work prior. We did not want this work done.
I still need to know what the positions of the 2 of the 2 tires the mechanic marked with green tape as possibly being the sites of knife attacks. We’re they the 2 rear tires or where had the 2nd possibly knifed been on the car. I know the totally flattened tire was the passenger rear tire.
In my experience, Ebner’s service has been knowledgeable, honest, fairly priced and the work is completed correctly on time. What else can a fair-minded customer ask for?
Charles said this business got him in really fast and got him taken care of and he was out of there. They need a bigger place, it is tough parking there. He is quite pleased with the service.
