Excellent service, definite recommendation
Much thanks to Dan Todd and the team at Economy Transmission. The trans in my 1999 Chrysler 300M died and the cost of a new/rebuild at the dealer or one of the chains exceeded what the car is worth. Dan totally understood my dilemma and we explored several options including installing a used one which he even would have sourced if I wanted. In the end we went with a rebuild (understandably they cannot warrantee a used one), but at a MUCH lower cost than the other shops. Exemplary customer service by everyone and a definite recommendation.
