Eddy's Auto is wonderful.

I cannot say enough good things about Eddy’s Auto. My daughter had recently purchased a van when it developed serious mechanical problems, including a part that was backordered for six months to a year. With a new baby arriving, they desperately needed a safe, reliable vehicle. Eddy’s Auto went above and beyond for our family. They had the van towed to their shop, worked through multiple issues, and called everywhere trying to locate the backordered part until they finally found one. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and even called afterward to make sure everything was still going well.

The van is now running great, and my daughter and her husband can feel confident and safe bringing their new baby home and driving him in it. The level of care, persistence, and customer service we received was exceptional. They treated our situation like it truly mattered to them, and that meant so much to our family. Eddy’s Auto has earned our trust, and I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for an honest shop that genuinely cares about its customers.
