If it’s going to take an hour and 1/2 to change the oil on the car which to me was extreme then it should be told to customer so they can have other arrangements made and if customer must stay then provide better seats for the waiting period. Chairs had no Cushing at all.

Slow Service
It took almost 2 hrs to get oil change and tire rotation. People who came in an hr after me were done before I was. No explanation of anything. Then when I got home I had oily hand prints on my white car.
