Although we did identify that your front and rear brakes were red and in need of service on our preventative maintenance report during your visit, this was identified by a visual inspection looking through the outside and inside of your wheels at the remaining pad thickness. You declined all repairs for this visit and at no time did we have any of the wheels off your vehicle while it was in our possesion for the Check Engine Light diagnostic. It's unfortunate that your lug nuts were left loose in the past, but I'm thankful you caught it before something happened as a result. Multiple lug nuts on my vehicle were not tightened (took off by hand once I inspected to begin my own repair). I drove my kids in the car the same day and am very upset that happened.
