Great Service after Car Broke Down and Insurance was Diagnosing
My hyundai ended up having an engine siezure, and was deemed a total loss by insurance. Empire Hyundai was great through the long process, stayed in contact frequently, and kept the process moving as quickly as possible. They were very helpful until the end. I've also gotten my car serviced there before, and they were very diligent in their initial review/inspection of the lights and exterior of the car with me before they took the vehicle from me to service. Would recommend over other Hyundai dealers.

Consistently Outstanding Service Provided
I am never disappointed by the outstanding service I receive when I visit this dealership. It is personal, immediate, and responsive to my concerns or needs. In particular, Jeff White and Andrew are wonderful to deal with and are the reason I have all of my services completed at Empire Hyundai in Fall River. This is my second car purchased here and my next car will be the same. I have dealt with other dealers, in particular HC Honda, and I will never return because of their service departments. The service provided at Empire Hyundai is the factor that will keep me returning each time.

Frank went above and beyond
