Periodic auto check-ups.
Scott and son, Geoffrey, work well together: one at the front desk and the other in the shop. Time and cost estimations are accurate. Having a restaurant next door is a convenient place to get a meal while waiting. They always call me there as soon as the car is ready. They are both friendly, accessible, and informative. I appreciate the time they take to school me concerning future alerts to watch for, especially with my older car. And no pressure exerted.

Attention to detail
Had my 1964 Ford Falcon repaired at Erves. It needed a lot of work done to it. It was in the shop for over 2 months fixing everything. Each week I received an update with all the details of what needed to be done and the cost. When I came in I was shown the process of the changes. It's still in the shop being fix but was told I should have in in a couple of weeks. I will always take my car to Ervs for repairs.
