My car was serviced exactly at my appointment time. They also checked for any problems since my inspection is in two months without my having to ask and found an exhaust problem which will need to be fixed before then. I am always very satisfied with their service and recommend them to all of my friends.
My daughter hit a curb and got a flat tire. We brought it in just before closing and was told they would get it in the next day. Less than 24/hours later she was good to go. The staff is so friendly and honest. We have done business with Eurasian for many years and have always had positive experiences.

In for a routine oil change and they discovered a serious front brake issue. They were able to still get it all corrected on the same day, not requiring a second trip.
Went in for brake fluid service. I thought this would be fast. After 30 minutes I was told a bleeder screw was damaged and the caliper would need to be replaced. I was told the I needed a new caliper with bleeder screw even though the caliper was fine. This does not make sense - An OEM bleeder screw from the dealer is under 20 dollars online and I'm sure any local auto parts store has this part for my car and I know that auto shops do not use OEM genuine Toyota parts. I have been to a lot of different shops over the years - some good and some bad. This was on of the worst experiences I have ever had. I feel totally taken advantage of. This also took them almost 2.5 hours which is unacceptable. I would not return to this shop. When they quoted me a price I should have had the car put back together and gone somewhere else. I honestly feel that any other shop would have handled this differently instead of discarding a perfectly good part. None of this make sense to me. I see all the good reviews so I'm confused as to why this happened. I can't recommend Eurasian and would not go back
