Jacqueline said she is not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint was swollen on her vehicle. She was not given a promise date but it took an unreasonably long amount of time before the repairs were completed. The repair took over 3 months, she took her vehicle in around Halloween and did not get it back until after Christmas. Due to this long repair, she had to spend so much money on rental vehicles and it was a huge inconvenience. She did not hear from the employees until she called to ask what was taking so long. Then they kept her updated on the status of her vehicle but it was usually to extend the completion date and to give a new excuse as to why it is not ready yet. The excuses included part delays and insurance problems. She expected to get some of the money from her deductible since she spent so much money on rental vehicles. When she called to ask about the deductible, they told her they would call her back, to this day she has not received a phone call back from them. She had a mediocre experience and is not happy about having to wait so long but the employees there were nice.
