David said the repair took a little longer than he thought the business said. They said it would take ten days, so he thought they meant ten calendar days, not ten business days, so there may have been a miscommunication. He had to wait two full weeks for the vehicle. He received E-mail updates with pictures and that was just super. They got back to him whenever he left a message.
