Customer requested we put on an EGR valve.  We did.  Then the EGR code came back and we thought it might be a bad part, so we put a 2nd one on for free.  The code came back and we told them it would take diagnostics to figure out the problem, not just changing parts anymore.

  We aren't irritated, but to figure out the problem they have to bring the car in for diagnostics which aren't free.

"Oil pressure text ck"
Found critter acorns under the hood. Oil pressure light on, had it ckd to insure wires not eaten. No problem was found. Excellent service!!!

"104,000 miles and running like new, massive savings over dealer service costs."
John and Denny have maintained this vehicle since it was purchased from Infiniti. Massive cost savings over dealer prices (which contain giant overhead charges). They are honest as a summer day is long; they will not sell you something you don't need.
