High ratings in quality and communication.
Second experience with CARSTAR in Chantilly: both were really good. Repairs are done well - no rework required. Their internal quality control is strong - caught a couple of parts that were not acceptable. That delayed the completion a bit, but it avoided potential future problems or rework.
