I would only suggest improvement in directing me (the customer) in the direction of where my finished vehicle is parked on the lot, as there seems to be three sides and the vehicles aren't visible from any one vantage point.
The young lady who has helped me on my latest pick up, seems pleasant enough, but she gave me my paperwork, without saying I word. It was only after I proceeded to leave, that I realized that I didn't have my keys...she was on her way to the box to pick them up to give them to me. Could have said something like: "Here's your receipt, sir, and I will get your keys...".
Just trying to give a little constructive criticism, in an environment where good customer service doesn't seem to be emphasized any more.
All in all, I am completely satisfied with the professional services that I have experienced, since dealing with this Fast Lane location.
