"I trust my Service Advisor"
I always schedule service appointments for both of my vehicles directly with Annibal. He is very knowledgeable, professional, talks to me with respect and acknowledges my opinions and concerns. I like having my vehicle cared for by Hyundai and having a good experience with the Service Advisor, now Annibal, is why I still choose Fenton after 13 years.

I've found my service appointments at Fenton Hyundai to be very pleasant. You're greeted as soon as you arrive, the service advisor explains the process, there's a comfortable place to wait for your car, and I've found everyone who works there to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

I have completed at least 3 surveys since I have had the car in for service. One on my phone one at the time I was leaving at the pay off desk; one by email; now this one. How many surveys are you going to keep sending me for a response? Please no more. Your service was great, but these surveys are really too much!!!! Please do not send me another survey for the service on January 8th.

"Very Friendly "
Julie was very nice and seems to know her way around cars. Nice to see woman in this field. We need more like her.
They were honest about me not needing new brakes right now, which was one of the reason why I took my car in.
I did get upset at one point because they were not going to repair my backup camera under warranty. No matter how upset I got, she stayed calm. After researching my camera, they did end up covering it. Very nice for them to go out of their way. Yes, I did apologize to her for getting upset. I'm glad they ended up repairing it because I will be buying another one soon and I prefer not to go anywhere else.
I do think they need to take more pride in washing the vehicles. My car was so dirty toward the bottom you'd think they ran it thru a puddle.
