Very Disappointed and Frustratiing
I called this dealership to ask about having a flat tire looked at and either repaired or replaced. I have a service contract for the tires and wheels which I purchased when I bought the car. The person with whom I spoke clearly couldn't have cared less. He suggested that I bring the wheel and the tire in to them and they would look at it when they could but the first appointment wasn't for at least 2 weeks. When I explained that the car didn't come with a spare, he just said that I could also just leave the car with them until they could get around to looking at my tire, but couldn't say when that might be. This person (it was NOT Mr. Octaviano) also seemed to have no idea what I was talking about in terms of the Tire/Wheel Protection Plan and said he'd never heard of that despite working there for a number of years. He indicated that this was not something they dealt with at the dealership. I was rather taken aback by the complete lack of interest in providing any actual assistance. I eventually took the vehicle to a nearby Discount Tire Store. they took care of me within two hours and couldn't have been nicer.
