Baba said in the past he has always had good service. This visit, his vehicle was kept for two weeks and the business could not find what was wrong with his vehicle. He did not chose to elaborate on what the issues were. He was charged for this visit and did not like having to pay what he did when they didn't really service his vehicle. The business worked with him and will give him a discount the next time he brings in his vehicle. He appreciated the future discount but was disappointed with this visit.
