I have been using First Rate Auto for about the last 2 years. I recently have them replace the front brakes on the wife's 2010 GLK 350. Wife travels a lot for work and safety is always number one. On Friday 03/04/2023, my returned home from a short trip and informed me the car displaying a warning regarding the brakes. I checked message and it said to check the brake fluid level. I checked and it was low. I looked under the car and noticed an only spot by left front tire. I added brake fluid and head back to First Rate Auto. I explained to them what was going on and they check it out right away and said it was a bad caliper. They said they would need to a complete brake but would have the parts until the next day. They said it would be a priority. They called me on Saturday and said my car was ready, when got there they had everything done. I asked what I owed them, they said nothing it was all covered by the warranty. Now that is how you stand behind your. Great job First Rate Auto!
