Charles said there was a mix up. It wasn't the staff's fault but he was there longer than he needed to be. The service was fantastic. They explained what was wrong and they showed it to him. They ordered a part and when it came they realized it was the wrong part. As far as the pleasantness of the staff, they were fantastic. They did a very good job. There was a homey feeling at the facility and the experience was good.
