Nice Team
Fletcher Hyundai is the only Hyundai dealship we have in Joplin MO. We have no other dealership to do a comparison. We like their customer service and so far we find them to be good in maintenance of our 2017 Hyundai Elantra.

Clean, polite people,
They are doing everything they can to keep my car safe and on the road. That car has something wrong with it for sure . It had been in for several issues and still has more . It's not the service people fault in any way they do their best. I have owned Fletcher cars for several years along with my family 8-10 vehicles. Never had a car that had as many issues as this one.

Everyone was polite and caring. Very friendly.
My car is not showing signs of missing yet. It was only doing this once in a while and I was trying to get it there before it got worse like it had before. I am trying to drive it more. Time will tell. I hope the recall fixed it. Yea!

Quality of service is good, but timing could be improved.
Overall good experience. Service was good, but I did not expect it to take 2 hours and was told it would only be about an hour and 15 minutes. Would have appreciated a heads up that it was going to be longer. Then, I would have considered dropping the vehicle off and returning to pick it up rather than waiting for 2 hours.
