Luis said he did not agree with the diagnostic. He's a smog technician and is savvy with monitors, and there were no issues. They gave him a report with a lot of codes. It was stated there was an issue with the battery. However, the battery was new. So, they communicated it may have been unplugged. It was also reported the water pump was leaking, and the vehicle needed a thermometer. He ran a scan on his vehicle and did not get any of these codes. Also, he would have noticed if the vehicle was over heating. He wanted them to run a second test but they would not do it. They did not consider his knowledgeable. He would not want anyone else to go through this.
