Professional, helpful, & friendly
Dropped off my Honda CRV for a state inspection and to check out a burning smell around one of the tires. They called me later that day with a quote, and promptly completed the work. When I went to pick up the CRV, the battery was dead (not their fault, there was a loose terminal) and wouldn't jump. They were immediately willing to help us jump the vehicle and tighten the terminal for us.
