Richard said on a previous service this business told him about a repair he needed. He got repairs done by another business because they charged him half the price this business was going to charge. On his most recent service this business told him he needed the same repair they told him he needed in the past, not realizing the repair had already been done. Richard is unsure what he had repaired. He would recommend this business for minor repairs, but not for major repairs.
