Fred helped me while on the road in LA. My oil light came on and said I needed oil. I’ve never had that happen. I called Fred on the phone. He told me BMW changed the oil update now to 5000 miles instead of 7000 so I was due I was able to get my oil topped off drive back home and they updated and changed my oil today. I’m always happy with Fred service.
