Alex said that he was very disappointed in the overall experience with this facility. Alex requested an adjustment be made to the air bag. Alex said the mechanic just wanted to argue with him, any and all work was going to be the mechanic's way or no way. The business has not refunded the money for work not done, but already paid for. His vehicle is still broken and the job is not complete. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
