Typical car dealer
They are nice because they want to sell you a car. They lie about as much as any other dealer. If you are stuck and really need a ride, like after your nearly new Hyundai blows up (not purchased there), they will give you a loaner, but not for the 3 to 6 months it takes to get a new engine. So, then they will kindly rope you into another car purchase from a very limited inventory, which will, of course, need a non-transferable service contract and a warranty, so you will lose even more money
There is no great experience with this or any other car dealer, so do what research you can, and hope for the best
