My hat goes off to Chad Ayers and his staff at Hyundai service department in Bristol Tn. Greg made sure that my Veracruz’s is in tip top condition for summer travel. I recommend this service department to anyone in the tri cities, there work is reliable at a reasonable cost.

My Hyundai has been a good car so far but I would recommend it only to someone that could or would not want to buy a couple of other makes I favor. Your sales people are fine and your Service Department is Excellent. Any negative parts of my first statement is made considering my own personal tastes only. I might buy another Hyundai depending on my situation.

Good place but a very important mess up
When you leave you expect your vehicle to be in a better condition than when you brought it for service. My vehicle was deemed all good by the mechanics but when I got home my car had no antifreeze in it. That doesn’t qualify as all good to me.
