Super Great Service!!

Alternator Fix!
Once again Fry’s comes through with great service on all fronts! If any of you know, once
the alternator goes you are pretty much shut down. Had my car towed to Fry’s a few nights ago
and was called.by them the next morning at 8. Car was fixed with a new alternator AND they made sure the battery was at full charge so it wouldn’t leave me stranded anywhere.
Don’t hesitate going here if you’re looking for great mechanics for your car without the dealership service department prices.

Never again
Yes, my car was repaired, but am not sure if completely as I heard a whining noise when I started it the next day. I was told that they were backed up (something they tell everyone so to appear busy?) and that they would not be able to get to it until the following day. Resigned, I cancelled an appointment for later in the day and left my car. Within an hour they got back to me with an estimate, which seemed incredibly high, but my car was there and I was now home. It wasn't 45 minutes before I got another call that my car was ready.

thank you for repairing(?) my car in a timely manner, but next time, I will call a tow truck and an Uber.

Oil and Filter changed
I'm giving no stars because I'm tired of cleaning the oil off my garage floor after you finish with my vehicle. not a couple of drops - lots of oil off the frame. All you have to do is take 10 seconds and wipe the oil.
Don't give me the standard reply - "We're sorry". Just fix the problem.
