My daughter took her car there for an electrical issue..the problem was quickly found and these men also happen to find a warranty for the issue...everything was set up to be fixed when the warranty company said we had to leave Fulton and take the car back to the original dealership...
Once there (Joe Machens, Jeff City) they could not find the warranty even though it was sold to us...I called back to Ray who was kind enough to go through paperwork and find all the information that Machen's would need...and Ray did this with kindness and patience.
If needing cars or service I would highly suggest Fulton ....The quality and positive difference in attitude and service is so much better than other places...
