Anshul said he got a coupon for an oil change and an inspection. He booked an appointment for 12:30 noon on Saturday. There was only one person in the waiting room. He asked the person at the desk if they could take in his vehicle, they said there were a few more vehicles before him. He was rude. He waited for one hour and they did the oil change and he asked them to check the air in his tires and he said no because the tires were bad. He thought he was so rude because he did not check them. It was his first experience with the business.
