Josh is the GM! He's all talk, but never delivers. I brought my car there for a repair and they kept my car for almost 3 months with the excuse that parts were on back-order or hasn't shipped. I was assigned to a gentleman who was supposed to keep me updated on the repair of my car, but never get back to me every time I leave a message. Once my car was returned after it was supposedly fixed, I noticed there were some parts missing and my fender wasn't installed properly. I brought it back to their attention, they looked at it and said they would call me back once they get the parts in, but I never received any follow-up. My advice, do not go to G&C Auto shop in Fairfield, go to Alioto's!
