Disappointed
First, I want to say Claire in the office was very nice and professional. The work and pricing for the repairs on my F250 Super Duty was good as well. That being said, after I picked up my truck, the next morning I noticed the back seat had a hole chewed in it and there were RAT droppings all over the seat and floor! I called Claire and she was shocked as well and said they would make it right. But after she talked to Gerardo (Owner), he said they weren’t responsible but, if it made me feel better, they would reluctantly pay for a seat cover. I didn’t need a “hand out “. I expected them to do the right thing and clean my truck and repair my seat without exception. It’s sad it ended this way but, now I have a trust issue. Disappointing 😞
